Recognising the need to keep the industry ‘clean’ the Plumbers, Gas Fitters and Drain Layers Board (PGDB) has taken the innovative approach of creating a free mobile app.

R.A.C (Report a Cowboy) was launched late last year to enable consumers and industry professionals to quickly deal with illegal and/or defective work.



We have seen many non-compliant dangerous jobs in out time and applaud the PGDB for taking some initiative in stamping out illegal operators and their substandard work. 

There are other sites like No Cowboys that are recommended but the Plumbing and Gas Board take an active role in maintaining the integrity of the industry.

1. Clean out debris left over from winter to prevent blockages and rust
2. Use a quality moss and mould remover to prolong the look and life of your spouting inside and out
3. During cleaning check for any holes, cracks or broken parts
4. Make repairs as necessary or replace if repairs are uneconomical
